The residential and office complex, built around 1994, houses an underground garage with 39 parking spaces. This is partly covered by the buildings and the rest of the area is covered with earth, which serves as a green space. The underground garage, which covers an area of around 1,010 m², was built as a watertight construction (WU construction) to protect it from groundwater.

The repair work concentrated on the floor and the wall and support base areas of the underground garage. The KKS system was used in combination with anode strips for the floor and wall plinth. In order not to reduce the width of the parking lot, rod anodes were installed in the supports.
