The two-storey underground car park beneath the buildings at Landsberger Strasse 155 in Munich was built in 1998 as a reinforced concrete structure. The garage has a two-lane ramp for entry and exit from Friedrich-von-Pauli-Strasse. Part of the underground parking garage is covered by a 4-storey building, with a total of 143 parking spaces on a net floor area of approx. 3,500 m² per storey (plus approx. 300 m² ramp area).

The repair work carried out included floor, wall, column and ceiling areas. A KKS system was used, consisting of titanium mesh anodes, anode strips and rod anodes.
